A Used Porsche – The Dream that Came True

When I was younger I remember wanting to have a great car. It could be anything, but it had to be just outstanding. Then one day I saw a car parked near my house and I knew that it was the one; a used Porsche. Many, many years have passed since that day and I’m not even certain about the model. It could well have been the ever popular Porsche 911, but also any other similar one – I’m not so sure. And if I have to be honest, it doesn’t matter. What is important is the fact that all my efforts were dominated by my dream: to have a used Porsche for myself. I knew that I could never afford a brand new one, so as soon as I started earning money, I also started to look for “my” used Porsche. I’ve checked many offers, some of them very good ones, but it wasn’t what I was looking for. I wanted to have a car with soul and a design equal to the power of the engine. And one day I finally found it. Like with many acts of nature it was by accident in that I just so happened to change my usual route from work and started to wander through the neighbourhood. Imagine how surprised I was when I literally walked into a beautiful and shiny used Porsche parked on the sidewalk! This was it; this was what I was waiting for – a used Porsche Carerra.
